Came here to meet a friend for dinner before a show at Fire Keepers. I used to eat here a lot when I lived in Battle Creek and the food and service has always been consistently good. They have a great selection of sandwiches, salads, soups, appetizers, fish, pasta and steak. My friend and I both had the soup and salad bar, which was great. The salad bar was extremely fresh (one of the best I have had) with a plethora of toppings. The croutons were the best (duh). We both had the broccoli cheese soup which was outstanding! While the waitress wasn't the friendliest person I had ever met, service was quick and we didn't have to wait long for soda refills. The only thing missing from the meal was the little biscuits they used to give out. That would have been awesome. The location is great. Close to a lot of other restaurants, shops and a few hotels and close to I-94. It makes for a really nice stop and a great meal.

Just stopped to eat here and the Bathroom was filthy and no soap. Walked out without eating here. What kind of restaurant doesn't have soap in their bathroom? Isn't that a health code violation or something For the Ruby Tuesday lady commenting it was about 1pm on Jul 23. I asked to speak to the manager on the way out. The host went to look for him/her but after about 10mins I left. Wasn't gonna wait any longer.

Love the New Orleans Talipia. Has Cajon spices that seem to bring the right bite to the fish. Paired with seasoned shrimp and an Alfredo sauce makes an incredible combination.

I stopped in here for lunch recently with family. Overall the decor and set up is about what one would expect form a national chain type restaurant. The one thing that sets Ruby Tuesday apart from some of their competitors is their salad bar. Some in our group really enjoyed the salad bar, I however did not partake. I ordered the "triple prime" bacon cheddar burger and a blue moon. I ordered the burger "medium" and it came out well done and fairly dry. I had high hopes for the burger given the description on the menu "The best of the best..." but left quite unimpressed. Our waitress though was very good though seemed stretched a little thin with the number of tables she had to cover.

We stopped here for lunch en route to Detroit because it's a known commodity, but it wasn't too impressive. First of all, the hostess had extremely short attention span because she asked if we wanted a table or booth; we said booth, and she immediately tried to seat us at a table (the place was 3/4 empty). She also did the annoying thing of seating another table of 6 (plus several little kids) RIGHT NEXT TO US [not even behind us; we were looking at them] halfway through our meal, so we got to hear Crazy Grandma gurgling "I just love your lips!" to one of the toddlers for half of the meal. Urghh. Our waitress was nice, but would disappear quickly after a perfunctory "everything ok?"check, so I could never get out the request I actually did want to make! I ordered one of the "petite plates," which are usually plenty for me at a place like Houlihans, but this was bordering on minuscule. I got shrimp scampi, which I think was five shrimp, a tiny scoop of mashed potatoes... and about a cup and a half of broccoli taking over the plate. So much for balance. Since I don't particularly care for broccoli this wasn't really great. If this were my hometown I wouldn't be coming back. Obviously I won't be stopping there as a pit stop on my next trip through MI.

One of the worst impressions in a restaurant, ever. Sat next to the bar, and watched a server combing and braiding the bartenders hair right there behind the bar. The manager was sitting at the bar, laughing. We spoke to the server, but it had stopped by then. The manager came and apologized, but that was kinda empty, as he was laughing with them. The kitchen manager then came out to speak to us and was very apologetic. He saw the same thing, and asked them to stop and go wash their hands. There is no reason to comment on the food after that kind of an experience.

Always a good choice on Beckley road in Battle Creek. Friendly wait staff, and a good salad bar. The veggie burger sliders are always good, as is the soup. The small bar is a good place to gave a night cap, or wait for your table. The liquor selection is not that great, but they have many top shelf items.

We got the pleasure of walking through 5 smoking GIs who congregated near the entrance as if it were bin laden's tanning salon. The hostess apologized for the smoke. Hmm....maybe you can tell them to smoke somewhere else? We got a seat right away which is always a plus. I wanted the salad bar and my man wanted the lobster mac n cheese. He received a cup of lobster mac n cheese. No kidding. The server, also a GI, said "I guess its good", my man "its kinda small", GI, "yeah but its good right?". The salad bar was okay, not like I remember it. There were very few creative choices. Needless to say, the lettuce wasn't brown except the iceberg hubby had. Also, no tomatoes. WTH? We were in town for a graduation so its not like this is our only choice for meals. We've had better, maybe Ruby needs to re-evaluate their menu and business plans.

For a while there I wouldn't even think to eat here, but recently it has become one of my favorite restaurants to dine at. I love that they have healthier options on their menu, including many veggie sides. The tilapia with mango salsa is VERY good. And I love the ambience. It feels more cozy and romantic than some of the other chains.

The food was very good. Order accurate. Ordered take out. Not too salty. Yay! Customer service was awesome. Only thing, there was no melted butter for my lobster. Crazy crazy. Everything else was swell. Been ruby i have ever been too.

We go here often but lately the service has been very poor and the food sub par. The salad bar had empty containers and the plates were dirty. The waitress got my order wrong as well.
